Some models combine overlock stitches together with a cover hem stitch. These models usually use 5 threads, however, some use even more. In fact up to 8 threads.!

I bought this on behalf of my wife as her previous Overlocker was broken. This is a fantastic Overlocker. It is quiet, smooth running and works like a charm. It comes threaded with alot of white cotton so my wife was able to just jump straight in and start overlocking right away. No setup, no messing around, the instructions are very clear and well written. The DVD is great too. I would recommend this to anyone from complete novice to seasoned pro, it does it all. Another great product from Brother.

Excellent overlock machine for avid sewist and beginners too. It's simple, compact and easy to use, not much fussed. If you are looking for a good quality overlocker, this is a good one to start with. It came quickly the next day, good service and value for money.
