This was a Christmas present from my husband. I have never used a sewing machine since my school days 30 years ago. Easy to use, directions very clear all round a great present. Ordering online was simple and well laid out. Delivery was next day and the tracking service for the parcel through DPD meant I new exactly when it would arrive. First class service and item!

The extendable arm seems wobbly, or am I doing something wrong, the manual isn't clear on this. Finding the accessories tray small and hard to access. Overall, very pleased with the machine; a dream compared with my recently expired 40 year old Singer.

A great sturdy machine for the price. Although it only has a couple more stitches than my previous machine, it is capable of sewing heavy / thick fabric and I believe that is more important than a machine that may have more stitch options than this model. Both this and my previous machine are Toyota but this model feels like a sewing machine should, I.e it has some weight to it.

This is really a lovely machine. It offers everything a beginner or advanced seamstress needs.
