Which is best? Will it sew thick fabric?

like the machine performance as it replaced my previous old machine. Pleased with choice of stitches. Only thing that bothers me is that it sometimes makes a loud noise for no reason. Apart from that it is fine.

Recently bought this machine and so far i'm over the moon with it........its replacing a tired and old Jones domestic sewing machine that's over 30yrs old. So far its running like a dream and managing thicker fabrics easily. Having had a industrial machine in the past too but not the space now for one, wanted a machine that could cope with heavier fabrics i.e. denim............so far this machine hasn't disappointed me. Would highly recommend this machine for value for money and quality so far.

What a fab machine this is... I love the fact that you can do basic sewing, embroidery and quilting on this machine. It's great that there are lots of different embroidery designs and stitches built into this machine and you can also design your own or get new ones by downloading from the net. Another big plus for me is the ease of threading the machine and even threading the needle as it is done for you and if you are unsure at the touch of a button a guided step by step guide comes up on the digital panel. This machine has so many features I am thrilled with it...

this is my second silver viscount machine, I love it just as much as the first one. the 9500e has a lot more stitches than the 1045. it is a very sturdy machine, you get a lot for your money and good service, from sewing machine sales.

Wonderful sewing machine. It was really easy to start using, with clear and full instructions supplied. It was fantastic to have all the extra feet supplied with the machine, which will save a lot of money buying them individually. The machine runs quietly and is easy to switch between the 503 stitch patterns. I am absolutely chuffed with this machine, it is probably the only machine I will ever need! Many thanks for the excellent customer service and really quick dispatch.

Awesome Machine. Haven't been able to stop using it since it arrived. Each element of it works so perfectly and quietly. I waited a long time and did an awful lot of research before I chose this machine and finally retired my old one - the wait and research were worth it. I challenge anyone to find another machine that matches up to this one, especially for the money and the fact it contains all the extras you normally get charged for. Had to make one call to customer services to ask a question over something I just couldn't fathom & I would give the team at Silver 5* too. 1st class service. One very happy crafts woman!

I bought this machine after reading a few reviews online, and because it looked amazing (the demonstration video on Youtube helped too). I was looking for a 'forever' machine for my quilting because my Brother XL wasn’t advanced enough for the type of sewing I want to do. Knowing that I could have a 30 day return, I decided to buy this without having tried it personally. It is amazing. Once I got used to the threading and the sensitivity of it (and it is soooo much more sensitive than my old one) I had so much fun trying out all the stitches, the quilting, the different feet. I haven’t even started on the programming - what a feature! The alphabets are great too. It does take practice, mainly because there is so much choice, but it does the basics fantastically well. The stitches are perfect. The start/stop button is ideal for FMQ, you can concentrate fully on moving the fabric. The thread cutter function is very handy. Its so quiet in comparison with my old machine. Treated well, and handled with care due to the sensitive machine it is, I think this is well worth the money.

Such a mine field trying to by a new machine. This one does everything it says! I use it for general dress making, curtains and quilting. Fantastic machine. Can't fault service of Sewing Machine Sales. Fast and reliable. Will certainly be placing more orders!
