Decided to upgrade my current Janoime machine which I have had for about 30 years. I haven't had the opportunity to fully use all the stitches yet, but the machine is easy to use. Its easy to thread and having a needle threader and thread cutter is great. I looked at a Youtube video before the machine arrived and found this a great help. Very pleased with the machine.

What a wonderful machine. I’ve only had it a week but I love it already. It has so many stitches to play with and a whole load of feet to enable you to stitch them. It’s very easy to thread and the fact you can just drop the bobbin in and start sewing is great too. I love that you don’t have to put the needle into the fabric to start sewing you can just use the foot pedal or the stop/start button - I’ve only used the pedal so far. What I really love is how slow you can stitch on the slowest speed, it just inches along. This is perfect for me as I make a lot of tiny doll clothes so I need to be able to stitch really slowly as the curves are very tight. The instruction book that comes with the machine is very detailed and explains everything you need to know with pictures to make it even easier to understand. I can’t fault it at all and highly recommend buying one.

I upgraded from a brother galaxy embroidery machine. The first thing I noticed was how fast it can sew a design, it must be about 4 times faster. The user interface is far more advanced with a huge amount of customisations possible on the screen. It is easy to use, even for me at 62!
