Only short trial with my lovely looking machine but everything worked perfectly. Can't wait to spend more time with it after Christmas is over. Was slightly disappointed it wasn't as quiet as I expected, but much better than the 20 year old one it is replacing!

Had a few machines in my time,so I thought I would try the viscount for a change,It is easy to use and dose a very smart job. Ticks all the boxes for me, as for sewing machine sales , they couldn't have been more helpful, when I found a couple of parts missing from the accessories box, they sent me the parts themselves, so thank you, hope to do business with you again as I have done in the past

A machine for all thickness's of material!!! I was intending to buy a semi industrial machine to sew upholstery material, but I was advised to look at this machine instead. (By a lovely lady who just happened to be passing and heard my conversation with an assistant! This lady had just bought one from Create and Craft for her mother, who was delighted. I was in the right place at the right time for once in my life!!) I don't want all the fancy stitches and this machine has just the basic ones, which is fine. It has sewn through everything I have given it - although 8 thckness's of furnishing material had to be taken very slowly! I miss the swing needle option - this needle only moves to the left , but I am managing to move the material instead. Great value for the money!!!!

I sew as a hobby. So far, I am very satisfied with this purchase. I have already helped mending a friend's clothes and had to use various stitches. I am enjoying discovering all the functionalities of this machine. This is the very first one I own and I am very pleased with it!

I have only used this for a couple of weeks as the machine is brand new but the instructions for setting it up have been very good, point by point, and very clear diagrams. The running speed is adequate for both myself and my children, who I intend to introduce to sewing. I love too the lightweight aspect and it comes with a few handy accessories. So far so good!

Received my Brother sewing machine last week and have been using it ever since. The instructions are clear even if you have no knowledge about threading sewing machine. Tried all options except buttonholes so far but am sure that will be okay. Slightly unhappy with storage box, but I don't use it as I have a sewing basket. Also ordering and delivery were perfect.

Very quick service and great help from staff at shop. Just rang up and a problem over the cable was sorted. Thrilled with the machine, it does exactly what it says on the......! I have only just started using it as it came last week, I make curtains and soft furnishings and have used a Janome in the past, this machine is as good as that but less expensive. It has the higher foot lift for thick fabrics, a high quality stitch, variable speed, easy to use, and above all quiet! I'm busy making more curtains and am looking forward to seeing what else it can do.

This is a fabulous machine and I am more than pleased with the results. I am fairly novice when it comes to sewing but this machine is a fantastic support and I have been able to create so much already. I am looking forward to my next project! The delivery was very quick and a fantastic quick service.
