The service was great. Ordered machine 24/8/11 and it arrived first thing on 25/8/11. When I rang to ask a few questions about this machine, I was given the answers I needed politely. Although I have only used it briefly, the machine seems great to me and the instructions are clear. I bought it to replace another machine and look forward to spending many hours sewing. thanks for great service. Will recommend you to others

Lovely machine, easy to use can't fault the machine or the service from Sewing Machine Sales. Little bit put out as down in price by £20 few days after I purchased but that's the way it goes.

I decided after 16 years it was time to up grade my sewing machine. After looking around and reading reviews I chose the Brother 400. It is an excellent machine which is easy to use and has lots of features. Would highly recommend it. I would also recommend using Sewing Machine Sales online service, the customer care is excellent.

I bought a Elna 2800 Sewing Machine, online from Sewing Machine Sales on the 24-06-2011. it arrived on Sat 25-06-2011. I thought that considering the size of parcel it got to me in very quick time. (Parcel Force) I have given it a quick check it looks and feels in good order. just what I needed as a upgrade from the sewing machines. I now can get on and do some real sewing.

I purchased this machine about 6 months ago and have never looked back. The extra length means that a king size bed can be quilted with relative ease and free hand quilting is now much easier. The stitch quality is very good and the preprogrammed stitches are very useful.

This has been the best sewing machine I've owned; previously I had a Singer. The MyStyle 22 is reliable, versatile and easy to use. The build quality of Janome machines is second to none. I've just upgraded to a Janome 4900QC and passed the MyStyle22 to my daughter (she's thrilled to bits!) It has many, many years of working life in it.

My husband bought this machine xmas 2010, I love it,the only fault I have is when you select a pattern number, it doesn't stay on the screen,it would be just a help if it did,other than that I can not fault it,its worth every penny.
