I have been pleased with this machine for the short time I've owned it. However, in trying to make buttonholes using the buttonhole attachment, I must be doing something wrong. I cannot get the machine to move forward. It just stays in one place and sews back and forth. I have gone over the instructions on pp. 20-21 of the instruction book for two days. I'm getting no where. Please help! [STAFF - please call us, we can quickly resolve your issue you over the phone.]

Bought this machine in 1996. Have used it regularly since, has never needed servicing, has never broken down, it just keeps going. Great buy for the at-home-hobby-seamstress type person. Strong, easy handeling and no computer thats the machine for me.

Bought this machine as a present for my partner. She was over the moon with it. She used to have an old Singer and this is a world apart from that. Couldn't fault the service especially as I live in the channel islands and getting things delivered here can be a bit of a pain, but no such problems with this company. All in all I would highly recommend the machine and this company Tim Bridges
