This foot is used for inserting invisible zippers into projects. They are most often seen in the center back of a dress, the side or back of pants and skirts, and in some home dec projects.
The zipper is hidden in a seam, becoming virtually invisible hense it's name the invivsible or concealed zipper. This zipper application is known to be a difficult process, however it is of the easiest, especially with this clear foot where you have a better view of what you are stitching.
The diagrams on the back of the packaging shows how the foot will look whilst it is in motion.
